Summer Program 2024

We were extremely excited to return to Life Academy for our 2024 Summer Program! We hold a FREE 4-week summer program from June 3rd – June 28th. All programming are conducted in person. This year, we are offering various enrichment courses. We will host many fun activities and workshops. We will announce our events and activities during our Summer Orientation on Wednesday, May 29th 2024. Students must be a rising 6th grader by June 2024. All participants must be a METS student. All students are required to complete our summer registration form (Blue QR code)

This QR Code (orange) is for students attending Castlemont HS, CCPA, Fremont HS, Life Academy, LPS-Oakland, Oakland Tech HS (METS1)

This QR Code (green) is for students attending Arise HS, Madison Park Academy, Oakland International HS, and non-target schools (METS2)

You must be a METS student to participate in our program.

Calendar of Events

Hello METS Students,

We are proud to present our tentative FY 23-24 calendar of events. All of our monthly events are entirely free! METS students from 6th-12th grade are welcome to join us. Each month we will have different workshops that are virtual and in-person. Please check-in with your METS advisor at your school site for more information.

All monthly seminars will take place through Zoom and in-person held by the METS program as a workshop unless notified otherwise.

METS spring break activities: Drones Boot Camp and DIY Workshop —- April 1-2

Students who complete our 2-day workshop will go on a field trip to City College of San Francisco (CCSF) & Ice Skating/ Bowling in SF!
